Poetry in Motion – Observing Killian on the TMC

I followed the Table Mountain Challenge on Saturday and walked half way up Kasteel’s Poort to Breakfast Rock to watch the action unfold. Killian Jornet arrived right on time at 10h20 with Team Salomon manager Greg a minute behind. Allen Benn was 6 minutes behind with Ryan Sandes (who was runnning in a team) closing the gap fast. Killian looked relaxed and as if he was just jogging along, not really going that fast. Super light on his feet where the rest were plodding in comparison. This leads me to think that this can be learned (not in the gym by getting stronger) but by running down hill alot. Watch this and be inspired! Hope you all have a good week.
Oh and the results can be found here.
