I am combining my skills as Mountain Guide and Life Coach to offer sessions outside.
This is a great opportunity to connect outside in a safe yet real setting.
What: We walk at your pace and discuss what is important for you. I offer clear reflection on how best you can navigate the challenges in your life.
When: Sessions last 1h – 1 1/2h and can be booked any time of day.
Where: Greenbelts. The walking is not strenuous or serious. We are getting out in nature.
What about weather? We will make an alternative plan if it is absolutely miserable otherwise we wrap up warm 🙂
